Bradford’s Community Hub: Promoting Healthier Lifestyles and Wellness 

BWell Bradford is set to redefine public health services in Girlington with its innovative approach as a Leisure, Wellbeing, and Enterprise Centre. Rising on the historic grounds of the former Springfield Children’s Home, BWell is poised to become Bradford’s premier destination for promoting healthier lifestyles and enhancing community engagement. 

This groundbreaking centre transcends traditional facilities by offering a comprehensive health ecosystem that integrates multiple facets of public health. BWell will feature state-of-the-art sports and leisure amenities, house three NHS health trusts, and incorporate the Bradford Integrated Care Board, ensuring a unified strategy for health and wellness. In addition to these features, the centre will provide dynamic spaces for youth and community activities, along with a dedicated entrepreneurship hub designed to support Bradford residents in achieving both physical vitality and economic success 

Results

By combining state-of-the-art health facilities with community-focused spaces and services, S&P has designed a centre that acts as a catalyst for positive transformation, encouraging healthier lifestyles and deeper community connections. This integrated approach ensures that BWell Bradford will emerge as a vibrant hub where both individuals and families can flourish together.
